Looking for someone to help create exciting, fun & colorful product designs to help enhance sales and raise funds for our 501(c)4 non-profit organization and continued support for “The Greatest Show on Surf”!

Individual or team to work with Executive Committee to oversee all aspects of product sales for the event from March through September.  Work with t-shirt artist / organize and coordinate product orders and inventory / pre-event sales dates, including volunteers / merchant sales / event organization and sales.

Work closely with Executive Director and Executive Committee to promote event.  Assist with Facebook and Instagram posts to help boost interest and participation.   

Work closely with our Race Director and athletic events team with pre-event planning and distribution of prizes during the event weekend.  Attend monthly board meetings & athletic committee meetings (as needed).

Active and popular activity at the event.  Looking for someone to recruit and collect prizes / order and organize supplies / coordinate and oversee all aspects of rubber duck sales during event weekend, including coordination of ‘release’ with lifeguards, collection of winning ducks and announcement of winners.  Post-event signage with winner’s names and distribute prizes not claimed during event.  Attend monthly board meetings.
