For over 15 years, local artist, Bob Harlow has donated his whimsical artwork for the San Clemente Ocean Festival's t-shirt designs. Each year, the friendly dolphin that has become our "unofficial" mascot, is captured in many different activities that take place during the Ocean Festival each year such as surfing, driving a woody car and Stand-up Paddleboard Surfing.
The sales of this popular merchandise that includes t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, tank tops and hoodies, help us raise the funds necessary to produce the event and provide us with the opportunity to donate a portion of our proceeds back to a number of community groups and non-profit organizations.
